Aunque ya no esté en el fandom de Sonic, saber que Sega eliminó la atracción de Amy hacia Sonic, ver esto me dio una cierta irritabilidad, esto fue lo que eliminaron. Jódete Sega.

I see someone hate sonamy so much to the point that he mocks Amy and spreads negative things about her.

Dare I also say that even if you dislike Sonamy I do think you need to understand why Amy had a crush on him specifically and how it's tied to her character. You could want her moving on or advocate for zero romance, but respect she chose Sonic to follow initially for a reason.

I think there’s a pretty big difference between being a fan of Sonamy and being a fan of Sonic and Amy’s dynamic You can like both but there is a pretty big difference

i can't say i really like this style of humor a lot of the dialogue feels like the characters flexing their comedy routine i think boom handled it a lot better since it fully leaned into that more low-energy, sitcom nature

Would y’all kill me if I said that despite some of the game’s horrible comedy, there are some moments where I genuinely really like Sonic’s characterisation in Colors. Like it’s far from perfect and the game’s humorous tone is way too jarring compared to what came before but-

Sonic had goofy moments and 2000's handled it better than put of touch employees writing from Colours to Forces.

It’s not just a Roger thing either. To me, Sonic’s greatest moments of characterisation (like all of Black Knight) would mean absolutely nothing if you didn’t have funny moments like these to balance him and make him feel more human and fun as person rather than just some god

I'd say this is a scenario writing issue than a characterization one. Gotta put him in scenarios that bring his idiocy out. The praise for 06's opening and criticism of X for Sonic lounging is a good example. Having said that, BoC Sonic is my fav. He gets to be such an idiot lol
