Gavin Mehl is super unlucky. It seems every time he 'rents' a place his landlord goes into foreclosure, leaving him hanging. Then everybody unfairly treats him like he's some kind of squatter, and his neighbours don't want to invite him to parties anymore.

Has it been the last 3 houses in a row where the person you were 'renting' from foreclose? What are the chances?
These are regarding the property BEFORE and the property AFTER the one your video is about!
You wouldn't be picking foreclosures on purpose?

If an airdrop falls in the woods and it has zero purchasing power, is it really an airdrop?

Damn. Did Real Bitcoin™ tank all the way to $0 today? I see counterfeit bitcoins currently trading at $65k each with $1.3T market cap, but what is the price of Real Bitcoin™ now? $0? I can't even find where they are traded. Seems like all exchanges have delisted Real Bitcoin™.
Only a few minutes after #BIP110 mandatory signaling began, it has already become clear that BTC has stolen the ticker symbol! BIP-110 is Bitcoin and despite having economic majority, BIPcoin doesn't have a price. Yet a minutes-old altcoin known as BTC is already trading at $65k!

interesting indeed, I knew Nicholas Bohm from cypherpunks & UK crypto lists in 1990s and early 2000s. during COPA trial, i saw Bohm's name and enquired if it would be possible to meet him, but Bird & Bird informed me that unfortunately he had passed away during the trial period.

By the way, I have pointed this out before and I think it caused Craig to prompt his LLM for a solution, bc he came out with this paper afterwards.
The solution? Merchants should run a Bitcoin Core full node to check whether the inputs have been spent!

Joel has blocked me, but I would like to point these out to him. Craig's understanding of SPV seems to fly in the face of what Satoshi told Mike Hearn, and basic understanding. Even BRC writers inspired by Craig's view seem to have understood its implications better than Craig.

Let's take a quick look into Craig's first attempt to launch a #Bitcoin bank - Denariuz🧵
In the early 2010s, Wright lodged a rebate for the tax on $11.5m worth of microfinance and accounting software from banking giant Al Baraka Group, allegedly bought by Denariuz.

Beautiful summary about how one of Craig Wright's most famous forgeries got exposed.

In the Tulip Trading lawsuit, Craig's purchase order 'evidence' of owning the 1Feex coins was based on a 2015 Excel template made by Vertex42. It comes up as one of the first results when you Google 'Purchase Order Template'.
When asked how CAH could even know to fake the email at that time, Craig said CAH bugged his house. He claimed CAH was listening to his private conversations with his wife over the weekend, so he knew when to spring into action to forge the original email and plant it at Ontier.
This is the absolute clown show that is Craig Wright's 'evidence' on anything. Highly typical of how it pretty much always goes.
