This is all true. The speed and scale of the change are seismic and unprecedented. And it is not leading to the multicultural utopia that elitist liberal-progressive voices predicted. On the contrary, it is leading to a nation increasingly divided along ethnic, religious and cultural lines. We have to manage that rupture as best we can - and by always retaining our basic humanity. But pretending it isn’t happening serves no-one.
It’s not ‘racist’ to notice that England is undergoing convulsive demographic change. There is no historical precedent for the levels of migration that have been imposed on us – and against our will. The English are disappearing, says Patrick West

Many people in Europe need to take heed of this:
There is a lot of Russian propaganda in Europe. They have invested as much money in it as in weapons during this war. This is a massive financial program spanning decades. Russia has been waging a hybrid war against Europe, including Italy, France, Britain, and Germany, for a long time. It just isn't waging a full-scale war against them as it is against us. Because we had the same thing – a hybrid war. Russian narratives across absolutely all television and media platforms, on the internet, and on social media.
People should not be pierced through and brainwashed by waves of narratives from the Russian Federation. Because it is up to France, Ukraine, Italy, and Spain to decide how to live and whom to elect. Russia cannot influence Italy's choices and freedom. Italy is a free country, just like Ukraine.
The Russians will seek to exploit far-right movements, religious movements, faith, migration, and gender. Russia doesn't care what issue can divide society: from religion to language, Russia will always find it and strike there. We are seeing this now not only in Europe – they also have influence in the United States of America. They have a very significant wave going on there, and their network is operating.

"i think what people are getting upset about is that they'e slowly realizing that they are dumb and somehow blaming this on AI, even though it's not really AI's fault"

I see Algerian flags. I see Palestinian flags. I see Communist flags. I see the Suriname flag. What I don't see is any French flags...
That’s the result of decades of Right and Left influencers, intellectuals, activists and cultural figures telling you how awful it is for different reasons stacking up together.
Half of Britons say there are no circumstances in which they would go to war for their country, a poll has found.
Just 36 per cent said there were circumstances in which they would fight. Read our analysis to understand what these numbers suggest ⬇️

It is sickening that the USA is now lifting sanctions on Russian fuel, and transparently ridiculous to blame Ukraine for the spike in prices that obviously began with the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Putin is murdering innocent Ukrainian civilians every day. The Ukrainians are fighting for their lives. And yet the White House is apparently determined to force American drivers to bankroll Putin’s slaughter. It won’t work and I doubt it will make much difference to the price of fuel.
If we want Russian oil and gas back on the world market then let’s end this war - with a free, sovereign and independent Ukraine.

This is some rather telling graffiti from the French riots: explicit support for Hamas and October 7.
But go on—keep telling me that these are "school protests" about "teacher shortages".
Nobody believes you. The rioters certainly don't.

It is clear that some are intent on diluting Englishness to the point of completely overlooking ethnic identity.
They may believe this is the best way to suppress ethnonationalism in England and prevent group-based clannishness among the English.
It will achieve the opposite.

Today’s vote at the Green Party Conference crosses a line and is rightly being condemned across the political spectrum.
Labour will continue working to ensure Jewish communities are safe and have their rights upheld. We must rid our society of the scourge of antisemitism.
The Greens have to be considered the most extreme party in British politics now — more extreme than Reform, or, even, Restore.

I have been trying to work out why the Carlson—Rees-Mogg interview is going viral. I think it’s because because it represents the moment when traditional conservatism, defined by courtesy, self-restraint and truth, visibly overcomes the feverish, conspiracist and bellicose post-liberal Right.
Sir @Jacob_Rees_Mogg was the perfect instrument of destruction. He is a man of unquestioned sincerity, intellect and courtliness. He was one of only two Ali G interviewees to emerge with his reputation enhanced, the other being Tony Benn, and for the same reason: utter sincerity. With Tucker, as with the brilliant Baron-Cohen, he bats away feverish, crackpot claims in a calm, measured and devastatingly gracious way.
What ended McCarthyism was the dignified put down delivered by the Army’s lawyer, Joseph Welch, on live TV in June 1954: “Senator, you have done enough. Have you no sense of decency?” Joe McCarthy died three years later at the age of 48, broken and disgraced.
As Welch to McCarthy, so Mogg to Tucker.
