I imagine she doesn’t change acoustics because of the shape alone, take my opinion with a grain of salt cause my form sucks but I DESPISE playing acoustic because of the way my arm is positioned, it’s beyond uncomfortable (and Dany’s been playing those sonics for 5+ years now)
But I do agree that Dany’s acoustic is really just a glorified clean tone which is missing soooo much resonance in the lower range that it really shouldn’t be missing in an acoustic/unplugged. With distortion that range gets super muddy (especially with an octave pedal)+
