exactly, i didnโ€™t want to say anything because of what she went through. but sheโ€™s even liking hateful comments about hijabis. you turned the trauma you experienced at the hands of a man into hate against all hijabis?? i hope she gets therapy.
earth2khadija is so annoying because sheโ€™s taking her old videos and putting new captions on it to make it seem like thatโ€™s what she posted back then.. girl i remember the original videos u never posted โ€œme cover so my future hubby is happyโ€ shes pushing such harmful narratives

When En Vogue hit SNL in March 1992, they dismantled the myth that girl groups couldnโ€™t sing full-throttle live in heels. Trading leads across Cindy, Dawn, Terry, and Maxine, their dynamic control remained untouchableโ€”from Dawnโ€™s raspy rock bite to Terryโ€™s operatic belts. When they converged on the hook, their four-part harmonies locked in with their blend and zero backing tape. The album dropped 3 days later, proving to themselves and to the world just how Funky, these Divas really are.

I wanna start going OUTSIDE more, but in a Sex and the City kind of way, cute outfits, dinner reservations, cocktails, classy lounges , i donโ€™t wanna be in nobodyโ€™s club with captions flying in the air.

Iโ€™m always amazed by how casually gay men dehumanize hijabis while pretending to be progressiveโ€”theyโ€™re slaughtering palestinians in the name of western values and trying to deport the only hijabi congresswoman and you decided to make them the face of your jokes and condemnation

ppl are confused about what i meant by โ€œdownplayed.โ€ thereโ€™s a high chance this child had been bullied since he started at that school. it shouldnโ€™t have taken this long to notify his father. teachers and school staff notice things, but unfortunately, bullying often gets ignored.
itโ€™s sad because the dad said that just 3 days before his son was killed, the principal suspended the boys who were bullying him and assured him that everything was fine. they severely downplayed the situation.

so a young Ghanaian boy was bullied in the Bronx and he was eventually shot and killed. literally was such a quiet kid and he came to America less than a year ago. His dad has been in America for the past 26 years. xenophobia is genuinely despicable. Iโ€™m sick to my stomach.

itโ€™s sad to see a rise in children taking other childrenโ€™s lives. some of these kids donโ€™t care because they think, โ€œiโ€™ll be out in 20 yearsโ€ or โ€œitโ€™s my first crime, iโ€™ll get a slap on the wrist.โ€ this is a dangerous mindset, and our communities need to do better.

framing this as a diaspora war is disgusting. unfortunately, a lot of these crimes happened in low income neighborhoods where black-on-black crime is common. thatโ€™s the conversation that needs to be had.
This will keep happening until black Africans are willing to have an honest conversation about how much a lot of non-African blacks despise us. There are multiple cases of African children being unalived simply for being African & it was not done by white people. Wake tf up.

not saying that xenophobia towards africans donโ€™t exist. but that isnโ€™t the sole topic that needs to be had when you look at the area of these crimes.

Replying to @SxstaSeparatist
how did some black women even fall for this extremely racist and misogynistic rhetoric "you've been labelled as men bc of misogyny and racism so that means that transphobia affects you ๐Ÿฅบ" like ???
