Had an incredible day at the Inclusion Academy! Our team of teachers, admins, and coordinators dove deep into inclusive practices. Huge thanks to Kevin and Janelle from @SIPInclusion, Deannie, and @TheSJCOE for guiding us to reflect before taking action.
I’ve flown a lot recently and and by far @united is the worst. The customer service I just had for them not making a flight on time is absolutely horrible. Not to mention their horrible fees. @SouthwestAir and @AmericanAir have been great.

I was just talking about this at a staff meeting. I remember every teacher the ones that let it be known I was a problem for them and the ones that loved me through my difficult behavior.
@Robyn_Mindsteps I just finished your article on ASCD regarding vision. It definitely is counter-intuitive to developing a "shared vision" but I like how you showed why it's important as a leader to have YOUR vision. Can you give me feedback on mine? 1/2
