Just imagine how mad this exchange makes the people who did and continue to… Bet against Ryan Cohen, his A-Team Board, his A-Team of M&A Attorneys, and A-Team Investor/Owners. “Bet Against Us” 😁
Just remembering how much I laughed out loud when this was first posted.

Hello Ms. Minaj, I’m Bill Pulte, Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Chairman of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and was the Acting Director of National Intelligence for a short, but very tense time earlier this year. The Main Stream Media calls me President Trump’s Guard Dog. Those are just titles. So please, feel free to call me, as my friends do, by my Call Sign: AirWolf And yes, I do fly helicopters. 🚁

#GME #Gamestop #GMEWS #Warrants project genesis, why i believe GameStop will extend the warrants, I’ve spent a considerable amount of time studying the warrants, their original agreement, GameStop’s recent capital allocation decisions, and the market mechanics surrounding GME WS. The closer we get to October 30, the more convinced I become that extending the warrants, or introducing an alternative arrangement that preserves their value, makes considerably more sense than allowing them to expire. GameStop distributed approximately 59.15 million warrants in October 2025, each entitling its holder to purchase one share at $32. Full exercise would generate approximately $1.89 billion in additional cash for the company. The prospectus explicitly identified investments and potential acquisitions among the intended uses of those proceeds. At issuance, GME was trading around $25. The $32 strike was therefore approximately 28% above the prevailing share price, making the financing contingent on substantial appreciation within a relatively short period. If the sole objective was to raise capital before October 30, why establish such an ambitious threshold? I think the more compelling explanation is that management wanted to establish a premium-priced source of contingent financing while giving shareholders an opportunity to participate in future appreciation. An extension would preserve that arrangement, allowing GameStop to raise capital at the original $32 exercise price while giving its broader strategy more time to develop. And that broader strategy has evolved considerably since the warrants were issued. GameStop made a $55.5 billion proposal to acquire eBay, subsequently accumulated a 9.8% equity stake worth approximately $4.9 billion as of August 1, and reported approximately $5.1 billion in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities. This is a company actively deploying capital and pursuing transactions on a scale that would have been difficult to imagine just a few years ago. Another potential $1.89 billion is meaningful in that context. It could replenish liquidity, reduce reliance on external financing or support subsequent transactions. The proceeds are obviously contingent on exercise, but preserving access to that capital has strategic value even if GameStop doesn’t need the money immediately. The company’s recent financing decisions make this argument even stronger. On July 7, shareholders approved increasing authorized Class A shares from 1 billion to 2.5 billion, providing substantial additional capacity for future equity transactions. Management subsequently negotiated the retirement of approximately $1.4 billion in convertible debt through an exchange involving approximately 55.5 million newly issued shares and $358.4 million in cash. What’s especially interesting is that the original exchange contemplated settlement entirely in stock. GameStop subsequently amended the agreement, substituted cash for part of the consideration and reduced the number of shares issued. That tells us something important about how @ryancohen approaches capital allocation. He’s willing to issue substantial equity when the transaction makes economic sense, but he’s equally willing to revise the structure when circumstances justify it. I therefore find the argument that management would refuse to extend the warrants simply to avoid dilution, or even dumber, that time “ran out,” rather unconvincing. An extension creates no immediate share issuance, and the original $32 exercise price would allow GameStop to raise additional capital at a premium to the share price prevailing when the warrants were distributed. There is an economic cost to keeping potentially dilutive claims outstanding, but GameStop has repeatedly demonstrated that it evaluates dilution in the context of what the company receives in return. 1/
Here is my honest opinion on the $GME warrants They were issued as a dividend, free money for you to do what you want, hold them until expiration, sell them to buy $GME$GME $GME shares or even exercise early and give the company free money. There were no obligations for you to do any of those things. However, as Ryan Cohen is someone who plans for the long term, someone is aware of the market mechanics surrounding GameStop's share price and large retail following, issuing a new capital raising instrument onto the same market we have seen continuous, repetitive cycles of abuse over five years is a decision he consciously made, he also holds over $6M in warrants as of the most recent 13D filing. Do I trust him? Absolutely, he is an e-commerce genius and a black belt in fiscal discipline. He takes no salary and receives no golden tickets. Do i think the warrants expiring worthless is disappointing and pointless? Also yes, however I'm not running the company, I'm just a retail investor seeking financial rewards. We're just over five business days away from the warrants expiring worthless, I hope they're converted, extended or amended, however the thesis on this being a $100bn company hasn't changed and I trust the leadership in charge. Ryan's recent buys continue to demonstrate how aligned he is with shareholders. He's a retard, but he's our retard.

125 weeks ago, Roaring Kitty posted the Green Uno Reverso. 💚🍏🥑 125 posts in total... The number 125, a number RK used many times in his Art.
October 25 aka a 1025. A zero is (not) nothing. 125 125 weeks ago Roaring Kitty posted the Green Uno Reverso Card. Roaring Kitty left us with 126 posts (125 + 1 edited repost). He left us a movie themed 'Backwards'. The first post was on May 12 / 13, 2024. May 12 = 5/12 = 125 In gematria: “May Twelve” = 126 “May Thirteenth” = “Roaring Kitty.” Roaring Kitty did 285 likes. In gematria: 582 = I am not a cat The like was on a posted dated February 14. "February Fourteen" = "The Roaring Kitty". The like was on a Run Lola Run post. A post that, in gematria, matches “Teddy Holdings,” “Buck the Bunny,” “Game of Thrones,” and more. 125 weeks... Feels like forever... GME

Am I the only one who has noticed the PlanMan and his Attorneys have been loading up the PCRs with disclaimers..? The kind of disclaimers that state in very clear wording that what you see, might now be complete as to the financial outcome of this Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Also, that the accuracy to the information being provided in the PCR may not be accurate. I’ve made it a habit to compare the “Global Notes” for each individual debtor entity filing from the first round of PCRs that were filed back in 2024 thru this past week. And guess what..? The debtor entities grouped together back then are not the same groupings that the Global Notes pertain to as of today. There are some very clear intentions, imo. Actually one in particular, that is said to belong to a set group per its referenced Schedule A, in its Global Notes. Low and behold, that debtor entity is not included in that Schedule A for that particular filing. So inconspicuous that anyone not actually comparing them word for word, debtor entity by debtor entity for each quarterly Post Confirmation Report filing, would ever notice. I hope this thing comes to an end soon, before someone figures out the answer to the question of how this exit will be structured, and what it will look like when these cases are ultimately closed. It blows my puppy mind, thinking about how someone structures these documents in a way that maximizes recoveries, by making the outcome seem destined for liquidation, when the exact opposite outcome is clearly visible if you look at the framework from a distance, but not exposed in a way that makes it too evident. Once the thesis is proven, I at least hope, RC gets invited to a few of the NY/NJ Law Firm holiday parties. Or at a minimum, RC wins the Best Friend of an Attorney Award. Because for the last 5 years that man, RC, would have been a repeat award winner. And to top that off, RC hasn’t lost one yet. ⚖️

Thanks to President Trump and Scott Bessent, families don’t have to worry about getting out-bid on their dream homes by private equity barons.
