1/ "Harness engineering" isn't just for coding agents anymore. The term has stretched, and it's worth naming which kind you actually mean.
2/ Claude Code (and the tooling you build around it) — software delivery harness. LangGraph and Mastra — harnesses for building general-purpose agents. OpenHarness (HKUDS) — a more batteries-included, runtime-style take on the same.
While using Claude Code I've found that follow-up or clarification questions, directed to Claude, can lead the conversation astray. I've been starting to use /btw to asks a question to avoid derailing the conversation. #claudecode

@MySFPUC The sewer for my building backed up. The sewage tech we hired scoped it and said there’s a blow late just after the city trap. They said contact the city. So I called 311 and put in a report with this info. It was “resolved” with basically zero details.

47 as related to myself as well as @pomonacollege came loooong before anybody decided to run for the 47th presidency. There is not, was never, and will never be any association between my use of this number and any presidential candidate, especially that one.

Going from working from home to a hybrid, where the office space is an open plan, doesn't work unless you have close to zero Zoom meetings, which isn't hybrid. I can't sit on this barstool in this tiny phone booth all day.
