Glad I didn’t hop on the trend…looks like political accounts started using it and @nikitabier is calling for the posts to be demonetized. Good call. People always have to ruin something fun. 😞

BREAKING: NHTSA has filed a proposed rule to modernize FMVSS 108, the federal vehicle lighting standard, for autonomous vehicles that have no steering wheel or pedals.
• Turn signal, hazard, and high-beam control requirements would apply only to vehicles with manual driving controls
• Adds optional cyan "ADS marker lamps" so people can tell a car is driving itself
• Publishes Oct 26, with a 30-day comment period
Another federal barrier for vehicles like Cybercab is starting to come down.

Hey @ring, while I enjoy playing around with all the new AI/SI toys and tools I prefer to choose when I use them. I was auto enrolled into this trial that i knew nothing about. I just started receiving more detailed notifications about my who was leaving the house, like about my children. It’s also a little misleading that it’s called the Protect Plan and there’s features in here that aren’t really for that purpose. This isn’t cool and while it may have been a feature i was interested in I’ve lost all interest in it due to being forced into trying it.
I’d recommend if people use Ring and don’t want this to check your app. An initial notification when I opened it said that they started the trial for me and it expires in 29 days.

Used Grok Bot to set alarms to wake up for work today. It confirmed that alarms were set but when I looked in the clock app there was no alarms showing as set. To avoid potentially having multiple alarms going off I decided to just cancel them which it then said it can only create them not delete them. I went ahead and set my own alarms to avoid over sleeping but it looks like Grok Bot did actually set them because 2 different alarms ended up going off. In the last picture the orange is the one I set and blue is the Grok Bot alarm.
It’s cool that this works but there should be a way to visually confirm the alarms are set and definitely should be able to delete them once set.
@SpaceXSI
Funny story.
The other day when my car was in the shop getting the tire replaced I was driving my wife’s car which is a gas RAV4. We had stopped at chick fila for a quick breakfast before heading to pick my car up. I turned the car off and we sat and just ate breakfast. When we went to leave I tried turning the car on and it wouldn’t start. I couldn’t figure it out for a minute only for my wife to point out to me I never put the shifter into Park…🤦♂️
Going from a Tesla back to a traditional car is a real problem. I’m sure others can relate…
