We're building @kotizifinance to explore a different path toward houseownership in emerging markets. Collective finance + stablecoins + programmable infrastructure.
If you're working around web3 fintech, housing or financial inclusion in emerging markets, I'd love to talk.
Soberania digital também é soberania popular!!!!
Pela democracia!!
A extrema direita fala alto nesse mercado mas nós existimos e estamos firmes aqui!!

That's something worth sharing! Bolivia has one other the most incredible communities I had the opportunity to get close when I was organizing hackathons across LATAM and the world, with tons of really talented builders.
We're organizing something big in Bolivia. A university tour across the country's four biggest cities, where most of its tech talent is concentrated, plus a national hackathon, all built on @StellarOrg .
This is a country that moved $14.8 billion in crypto volume in a single year, where regulated on-chain activity grew more than 500% after the ban was lifted, and where the government is now integrating stablecoins into the banking system. The demand is real, the builders are ready, and now they need a place to launch their projects.
Why Bolivia? Because it's the market nobody is paying attention to. The dollar shortage pushed people to use stablecoins for their everyday savings and payments, and yet there are almost no ecosystem projects building here. That's where the opportunity is.
The hackathon will run on tools built in the region, like @pollar_xyz (our payments SDK) and other ecosystem projects. Real builders creating real products, not just demos.
Building on @BuildOnStellar and want your tool included? Reply to this post and let's talk.
Every donation counts, no matter the amount. Can't donate? Sharing this post helps us reach further 🚀

Não perca!
We usually talk about homeownership like it's only a credit problem. For millions of people in emerging markets, it's also a savings, access, and coordination problem. That's the gap we're exploring with Kotizi. More on that soon!
When we started @kotizifinance, we chose an specific chain to deploy. Now that we're bringing it to 🇧🇷, I'm rethinking that.
Wanna hear from my buidler frens where'd you deploy a financial product focused on stable & credit for the housing market and why.
Shill ur chain below 👇🏻
Just noticed that @VinylPost_co came to an end early this year. 😭😭😭
This was one of that incredible projects that you "save for later", but you never go back to the saved folder. And that one really made me regret about not checking back...
Hoje vai rolar o Demo Day do Bloco 4 da @LetsCoCreate0x.
