MARRIAGE LUXURIES WE OFTEN TAKE FOR GRANTED ❤️ 1. Waking up next to your favorite person. 2. Morning kisses before starting the day. 3. Having a permanent plus one for everything. 4. Someone texting, “Let me know when you get there.” 5. Knowing each other's food orders by heart. 6. Random hugs while doing everyday chores. 7. Having someone waiting for you to come home. 8. Going to bed together every night. 9. Someone noticing when you're not yourself. 10. Celebrating even the smallest victories together. 11. Laughing uncontrollably over the silliest things. 12. Having someone who listens to all your problems. 13. Watching your favorite shows under one blanket. 14. Doing absolutely nothing but enjoying each other's company. 15. Being taken care of when you're sick. 16. Having someone to share your random thoughts with. 17. Grocery shopping together and turning it into a date. 18. Holding hands without even thinking about it. 19. Knowing someone has your back, no matter what. 20. Having a person who genuinely cares how your day went. 21. Sharing inside jokes nobody else understands. 22. Making weekend plans together. 23. Falling asleep knowing you're loved. 24. Growing older with someone who still chooses you every day. Sometimes, the greatest luxury in marriage isn't money, expensive gifts, or fancy vacations. It's having someone to share the ordinary moments of life with. 🫶🏼

John Wooden shares a mindset that we all need to adopt every day. "Yesterday is gone. That'll never change. Tomorrow is yet to be." "How can you affect tomorrow? By today. That's the only possible way." "I tried to get each player to make each day his masterpiece." Don't get caught up in the past or worry about the future - make today your masterpiece. Then he shared advice he gave to certain players: "You've gotta put the past out. Good or bad, it's past - it'll never change. The only way you can affect the future is what you do today." You can't change yesterday. You can't control tomorrow. You only have today. Then he recited a poem by Vivian Larimore that he loved: "I've shut the door on yesterday, its sorrows and mistakes. I've locked within its gloomy walls past failures and heartaches." "And now I throw the key away to seek another room and furnish it with hopes and smiles and every springtime bloom." "I've shut the door on yesterday and thrown the key away. Tomorrow holds no fears for me, for I have found today." "Today is the day that counts. It's today." The present moment is the only place where you can truly make a difference. Don't carry yesterday's failures or worry about the unknown. Focus on what you can control.

Spanberger is restoring voter rights to dead felons. Jay Jones wants DOJ election monitors kept out of the polls. Louise Lucas just got indicted for running a drug racketeering ring. This is Virginia Democrat leadership. 12 days. Vote like it matters. 🇺🇸

JUST IN: The man who stopped the school shooting in Bend, Oregon, has been identified as 36-year-old Kalub Giamanco. Giamanco, a carpenter, was reportedly driving home for lunch when he heard gunshots. After hearing the gunshots, Giamanco, who has a concealed carry permit, followed the suspect into the school. He then shot and killed 16-year-old John J Griffin moments after the teen opened fire into a special education classroom. Giamanco, who has two children of his own who attend the school, is family friends with one of the victims, a 7-year-old who uses a wheelchair and was shot in the face. The 7-year-old survived and is in the hospital. Three children at Silver Rail Elementary School were killed. Their ages are 5, 8, and 11. According to Giamanco's brother, Giamanco doesn't feel like a hero because he feels guilty for not being able to save more children. You are a hero, Kalub.
