Her name has been associated with negative stereotypes, making her one of the most vilified women in The Ramayana.
Yet, @LaraDutta Ma'am chose to portray her.
To step into the shoes of a character so deeply judged, remembered for her worst decision, and condemned as a villain without much room for redemption, takes courage as an actor.
For choosing to take on such a challenging role Lara Dutta Ma'am deserves appreciation and applause.
