Alex Pretti’s father, Michael, is calling on the Department of Justice to share evidence and hold the federal agents involved in his son’s fatal shooting in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 accountable.
Speaking at a news conference on Tuesday for the first time, Michael said the family has received no communication from the federal government about the investigation in the 275 days since his son’s death.
"What we have been treated to is cruelty ... Share the evidence now, so prosecutors can follow the facts and hold these men accountable," he said.

Proof of what we have said for over a year. Most Florida cities, municipalities, and definitely universities, are not required to sign police-ICE collaboration agreements. City of Miami and Doral are examples of this. They can also exit these agreements.
