💛 Pat chose WORK because she believes in the direction the organization is going and want to help make that vision a reality.

A major success? Aggregators feeling confident and excited to share open, honest feedback to how we improve working conditions and livelihoods for collectors and their families. It demonstrates trust and relationship building.

Pat’s goal is to help drive program growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening relationships.

Meet Pat! Pat is our Program Coordinator in Ghana, working to gather insights and honest feedback from both aggregators and collectors and share them with the team.

While challenges remain, including the need for adequate furniture and additional teaching materials, the progress is clear. When children are supported, they succeed. And when we invest in education, potential turns into achievement.

It is also a testament to the unwavering support of our community, whose commitment helps ensure that access to education is attainable for families in #Haiti and beyond.

Their success is a powerful testament to their intelligence, creativity, and determination—and to the positive impact of consistent educational support.

One moment stood out above the rest: our students recently competed in a GENIUS COMPETITION focused on general knowledge, mathematics, and experimental sciences. Through challenges that tested critical thinking, analysis, and teamwork, they distinguished themselves and WON.

With access to school supplies and the support of dedicated teachers, children are thriving despite limited resources.

During a recent visit by our Haiti Education Program Coordinator to Jerusalem School in Haiti, we saw students fully engaged—learning, participating, and growing with confidence.

Huge gratitude to our team for faithfully mentoring and accompanying these nine families every step of the way. Hope is growing. Communities are rising.

And this is only the beginning. Already, 15 more family members have received their investment and are on track to graduate this year. What started as a dream is becoming a movement, one rooted in opportunity, dignity, and lasting transformation in Truitier.

Recently, nine family members graduated—each one a powerful symbol of resilience, determination, and hope for their community.

For the very first time in Truitier’s history, we had the privilege of walking alongside families from the very beginning of their journey all the way to graduation.
