Cheers @Translink_NI As if the Sunday Metro service isn't poor enough, the 18.09 8A service from Malone Heights was cancelled; no doubt for 'operational reasons'. 😠

@deptinfra Please be aware that there is a fallen tree on the towpath opposite the houses being built at Edenderry. If your dept does not have responsibility for maintaining this path could you please forward this to the correct service?

To the @UlsterHall last night for Music For Good Friday performed by @UlsterOrchestra with the @BelfPhil. The single piece on the programme was Dvořák's Stabat Mater. I was blown away by this music; amazing doesn't even come close to describing it. #fridaynightismusicnight 🎼

* Poster watch* I obviously missed this one which is on the Stranmillis Road between the traffic lights at Danesfort Park and the Ulster Clinic. @KateNicholl and @PaulaJaneB could you use your contacts to have this removed?

@KateNicholl @PaulaJaneB Is there any chance you could put pressure on the Workers Party and the NI Conservatives to remove these election posters? Patrick Lynn's is on the Malone Road close to St Brigid's. The one for Dr Idris Maiga is near Dub Lane.

It was a real pleasure to meet and have a brief chat with @claire_mccollum on the towpath, near the Lock Keeper's Inn, this morning. 🚶‍♂️🙂

A cold but bright, sunny morning for my walk along the towpath. This photograph taken along the Lagan towpath at around 9.20 this morning.

Last night's @UlsterOrchestra concert was nothing short of excellent. From the choice of programme to the performance under the baton of Daniele Rustioni everything was brilliant. #Fridaynightismusicnight 🎼🎻

Back in the Ulster Hall for the Opening Concert of the @UlsterOrchestra 2022/23 Season and what a great concert it was! Sir Stephen Hough (@houghhough) was in majestic form in the Brahms PC2. #fridaynightismusicnight 🎶🎵🎹🎼

To the Ulster Hall again this afternoon for another in the series of @BBCRadio3 Summer Invitation concerts. The programme was: Grażyna Bacewicz: Overture Sibelius: Scènes historiques I Dvořák: The Water Goblin, Op. 107 Great to hear this music for the first time, in my case.

What an amazing concert! @UlsterOrchestra as part of the @BBCRadio3 Summer Invitation Concert series, playing Bartók: Dance Suite Tchaikovsky: Violin Concerto The soloist was the brilliant Maria Dueñas,who fully deserved the prolonged standing ovation she received. 🎼🎶🎵🎻

@SchwabeGabriel's performance of the Elgar Cello concerto was sublime. The Anna Clyne elegy 'Within her Arms' was beautiful and the Schumann S2 was excellently played by @UlsterOrchestra. Nothing beats listening to classical music live, when it is of this high quality. 🎻🎼
I thoroughly enjoyed walking the @ourplaceearth designed by @OliverJeffers in collaboration with @SteveSmartt this morning. I can recommend it without hesitation; try to see it before it finishes on 10th July.

It's now over 6 weeks since the last Assembly election. Can @edwinpootsmla or someone from @duponline explain to me why his election posters are still littering lamp posts on the Upper Lisburn Road?

This small @GreenPartyNI election poster supporting @ClareBaileyGPNI is still attached to a lamp post at the entrance to Malone View Park. How long before it is removed I wonder? [The election was a long time ago.]

Good to see that all of the @SDLPlive election posters have been removed at Dunmurry crossroads but disappointing to see one belonging to Neil Moore of the @SocialistParty ; one of Edwin Poots of the @duponline and one of Claire Bailey of the @GreenPartyNI around Finaghy.

It was good to see that the election poster for Claire Bailey of @GreenPartyNI has been taken down but it's disappointing to note that those of Mr Poots of @duponline and Mr Moore of @SocialistParty are still littering lamp posts around Finaghy.
