ml eng. building private and local ai tools

Joined September 2021
I was waiting for something like this to happen. Everyone will have their own local llm running on their personal cloud vm with 100% encrypted data. Will it be expensive? Yes! But so is owning a personal car or a house! I am willing to pay monthly for intelligence i know that is 100% align to me
Personal AI should have frontier intelligence without sacrificing privacy. That's why we built Bee Private Compute. Bee believes trust is built on transparency, so today we are publishing our whitepaper and a third-party audit performed by @trailofbits.

we ship fast!! nemotron 3 diarization is now the default model for our local granola like note-taker. available on orcaone.com it's really really good btw
When several people talk at once, a transcript can get messy fast. Our new Nemotron 3 Diarization model tracks who spoke when, even when voices overlap. It handles up to eight speakers, has 100M parameters, and is now available on @huggingface 🤗

Being anonymous is optimal, imo. Realism is becoming outdated. AI-generated images are indistinguishable from reality, so a "real" pfp means nothing. Only content matters.
being anonymous is awesome IRL people think I'm unemployed Internet people think I'm fat and ugly being underestimated is beautiful

Selling my $70k ARR SaaS side project to double down on my main business $240k+ total revenue (see screenshot) 1-2 hrs/month to maintain Niche AI x audio market Zero marketing spend Dominant SEO (page 1 rankings) Still growing organically Built this 4 years ago. Runs on autopilot. Need the capital elsewhere Happy to help transition. DM for serious inquiry!

All code is temporary now. LLMs are evolving so fast that whatever you write today will be obsolete. Your product features or workflow will be replaced by model capabilities. Codebase modularity is key here. Treat your codebase like a replaceable organism. every piece should be easy to rip out, rewrite, or delete without collapsing the rest of the system.

Thinking of selling my SaaS. ~$6k MRR, very niche, few competitors, big growth potential. I spend zero time growing it and just 1–2 hrs/month on support. No marketing, ranks high in SEO, always on page 1. I’m bored but know it could grow huge with the right owner. how much is this worth?
