Maggie Gyllenhaal experimented with AI to transform Dakota Johnson into Marilyn Monroe for her short film āFlesh Impactā but scrapped it.
"The people who commissioned this project from me asked me to use AI. And I thought ā I mean, they werenāt using OpenAI, they were using licensable AI, training it off of Marilyn Monroe films that we had licensed. And I went for it. I was like, all right, Iām curious, I donāt know, letās see. The idea was that we trained it on her, we then put her face on Dakotaās face. We worked hard at it, and in the end, I threw it away because what was coming through Dakota playing Marilyn Monroe was so much more moving, human, alive. It fundamentally did not work. All the reasons we decided to make this project to begin with were, were, were, were killed off in the AI version.ā

Milo Yiannopoulos: "I didn't really understand the physical reality of how institutionalized the brutality is in America. The manner in which they arrest you, they put you in manacles, everybody is arrested like an MS 13 gang member.
It was physically degrading. It was frightening. I don't think I've ever been frightened like that before. I was weeping like an old woman for an hour. I wouldn't wish it on anyone."

The most consistent theme of conservatism is being completely unable/unwilling to understand how a thing is bad until it happens to you.

If you have a community would you want the sickest person to fucking die who could be very valuable if you could take care of them and if you have the resources to take care of them? Take care of them. This is the problem with capitalism. This is the reason people turn on all these billionairesā
