Moisture begins to return over the Halloween weekend; a few spotty showers could show up Saturday. The reliable European global model suggests potential for rain statewide Saturday night into Sunday (10/31-11/1). This could change, of course, but this would represent our first decent rain since Hurricane Isaias passed a couple of weeks ago.

The center of our ocean storm remains pretty far away...about 400 miles south of Newport. It'll approach Southern New England through Wednesday. It'll be fairly breezy, but we likely won't see much rain (if any). The storm pulls away on Thursday.
