On the final day of India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026, the Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA) organized a panel discussion on “Extra Mile for Last Mile Connectivity” at Sashakt Hall, bringing together eminent experts to deliberate on strengthening last-mile connectivity and bridging the digital divide.
The discussion was moderated by Sh. Sathish Kumar MC, Dy. Administrator, Digital Bharat Nidhi (DBN). The distinguished panelists included Sh. S. K. Mishra, IP&TAFS (Retd.), Chair, ITU-T SG3; Dr. Sanjiwan Sinha, DG, NCA-F; Ms. Vibha Govil Mishra, CCA Kerala; Sh. Kaushal Kishore, IP&TAFS (Retd.), Professor of Practice, AJNIFM; Sh. B. K. Nath, PGM (BharatNet Implementation), BSNL; Sh. Vikram Tiwathia, Senior Advisor, COAI; and Sh. Rajesh Chharia, President, ISPAI.
The session featured insightful deliberations on advancing digital connectivity and ensuring inclusive access to telecom services. At the conclusion, Smt. Vandana Gupta, Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA), felicitated all the panelists and expressed her gratitude for their valuable contributions.
