Exhibition game or not, I’m really encouraged by how Louisville overcame the slow start. Shelstad and Obi both played incredible, and the Cardinals got the job done in Allen Fieldhouse. Still plenty to work on (of course), but much different than the Kansas game last season

I’m not sure what this playcalling is.

The run plays on first and second down in the second half haven’t been very successful. Cards need to throw the ball more

Syracuse has only scored 20+ points once in conference play this season (25 last week). The Orange have almost 300 yards of offense and it’s not even halftime. I’m tired, man.

Welp

Isaac Ellis is ready to accept whatever his role is going to be for this Louisville squad. The Cardinals' freshman has been drawing praise from various members of the program due to his competitiveness and work ethic

I asked Isaac Ellis about the new 5-for-5 eligibility rule. He highlighted the opportunity to play for a program like @LouisvilleMBB, and how he is looking forward to being able to learn from some of the Cardinals' veteran guards.

De’Shayne Montgomery is going to surprise a lot of people this season

Down 14-0, with FSU about to score again, Louisville could’ve given up. A ton of credit to this team for battling through adversity and getting back up after being knocked down. Go Cards!
