@AirFranceFR it’s been 2 days and no one on your team can tell me where my checked luggage is since I landed in Paris. Unacceptable.
@AirFranceFR @KLM I’ve called at least 20 times. Just spoke with a rep and he hung up on me because he got frustrated with my questions. Still don’t know where my luggage is. Horrible experience.
Credit to @satyanadella for his strategic genius. He turned MSFT around when he became CEO in 2014, focused on 'mobile first, cloud first'. The market cap increased from $300M in 2014 to $2.8T now. He just recruited THE leading ai team. What is the embedded value now? hmm
