After 9.5 years at Twitter, I submitted my resignation this morning. It鈥檚 been the privilege of a lifetime to work with so many wonderful colleagues on such a critical product.
I have nothing but love and appreciation for each and every one of you.

At some point the fact that one of the most persistent recruiters I鈥檝e encountered (multiple emails a year over many years) is a single very determined Geek Squad recruiter crosses the line from vaguely insulting to impressive commitment to the role.
Back to work today. So thankful to have had so much time with this wonderful little nugget!

It was wonderful to see so many coworkers this week after years of not being able to be in the same space in person!
It鈥檚 hard to beat casually talking to someone face to face.

Today marks my 9th year of working @Twitter
Every year when I go to write these tweets, I reflect on the ups and downs of the past year both at work and in my personal life, and as always there are many of both.
This year brings uncertainty as to what鈥檚 ahead more than most 1/2

We bought a flat pack bed and two partially assembled nightstands from @articlemodern. The furniture is great, but I was blown away by the amount of trash. 6 packed trash bags of styrofoam and about 8 cubic feet of cardboard.
Most of the furniture I鈥檝e bought recently has had the trash removed by the delivery people and the generation of furniture before that was from Ikea (way more compact) so I鈥檓 not sure how this stacks up, but it really brings to light the waste when you have to clean it up.
Baby girl Leigh Eleanor Richards joined us this past Saturday morning just ahead of the big snow storm. She weighed in at a healthy 8lbs 10oz. She and @Kris10rht are doing great and we鈥檙e back home now and starting to figure out this whole parenting thing!
