What happened to spaces?

Instead of creating new provinces, it would be better to appoint governors as divisional level and district governors at district level. NFC award should be directly disbursed to them. دیکھ لو یہ معجزہ بھی ہو گیا ہے جس کو نفرت تھی ہمارا ہو گیا ہے
