Sometimes people send coins to a drop after it already ended. Today we tested what happens then on Robinhood testnet. We sent coins to a cancelled drop on purpose, and every coin went back to the person who made the drop. Nothing got stuck.

we just shipped new contracts on Robinhood and upgraded our Solana program, both tested with real claims. first change. when you claim, our server makes a signed pass that tells the contract where to pay you. that pass now expires after 10 minutes. if a claim fails and someone grabs that old pass from the chain, it is worthless to them. your claim simply gets a fresh pass and goes through. second change. sometimes people send coins to a drop after it already ended. before, those coins sat in the contract forever. now anyone can trigger a return, and the coins can only go to the person who made the drop.

we just made dropchad safer before mainnet. it is now harder for anyone to spam fake drops. when you pick your wallet to claim, your coins can only go there, nobody can change it after. and if a claim fails, it simply tries again to the same wallet. still testing on testnet 🤌

done what we said. every drop on testnet is now signed from a cloud vault, on Solana and Robinhood Chain. the server never holds a key, it can only ask the vault to sign. tested end to end tonight, mainnet gets the same 🤌

new contracts are live on Robinhood testnet, and we already put them to work. we sent a real drop from one account to another, created, funded and claimed in under 3 minutes. then we tested the emergency key. it paused new drops in one click, but when it tried to unpause, the contract said no. only the owner can restart. a stolen emergency key can stop things, never take control. the site also tells you right away now if your amount is too small, before you fill the whole form. more tests tomorrow 🤌

the last 3 days we have been running live tests on Solana devnet, to make sure dropchad is really safe before mainnet. first we tested the emergency stop. we paused the whole program, and a drop that ran out of time still got cancelled and closed by our system, nothing got stuck. then we tested what happens if someone sends coins to a drop that is already finished. we sent SOL into it, and it went straight back to the owner. every step is on chain, anyone can check it. we also updated the website. new terms in plain words, clear warnings about fake dropchad tokens, and a note on the claim page about hacked X accounts and wrong wallets. next we test claims and real refunds while the program is paused. we keep testing every day until mainnet 🤌
