As we approach the general election as a doctor of 24 years, a consultant of 12, I have never known the NHS to be in such dire straits with such low staff morale
Much of the care delivered in the NHS is no longer safe and patients are bearing the brunt of this. People are dying because of an under-resourced system. I have seen this with my own eyes.
This is under-investment by the Conservative party over the past 13 yrs who are purposefully running the NHS into the ground. We have opportunity to change this on July 4th.

Sunak is breaking his promise because 13 years of underfunding & understaffing have decimated the NHS.
In the 15 years I’ve been a doctor, I have never known conditions so unsafe, morale so low & patients failed so terribly. All by political design 😔

Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), when performed with care and diligence, can reveal a lot about the valve. TOE isn't necessary in all cases to determine leaflet pathology.

Have you seen “STENT ABSCESS”, INFECTIVE PSEUDOANEURYSM AFTER STENTING?
High grade fever, acute stent thrombosis, hemorrhagic peri effusion were the presentations. Stent can be seen inside the abscess. We have a series of 6 cases, pci done from other centers. High mortality !

8. Doctors are not being greedy to ask for a fair wage, paying some of our brightest people that have responsibilities of life and death, £14 /hr isn't right. The NHS can no longer go on like this.
Penultimately it will be for the general public to decide what they want for them and their families , and who they want delivering their healthcare.
