If client has leftover PPP money, is s/he able to pay it back at the end of 8 weeks w/o interest? Let's say she got $1000 -800 payroll -150 other exp ------- $50 left. Can s/he write a check back to bank owing nothing on that money? Can she bonus it out to employees to use it?
