A brand we've been growing for 1 1/2 years. Added $4M last year, on pace to add another $5M this year. Consistent, steady growth. They are family-owned and have been around for 20+ years. They barely run BFCM specials. I like traditional, established brands. Flashy and "exciting" usually doesn't end well.

HIRING: Video Editor for Ecom Facebook Ads Not looking for a "creative" — looking for someone obsessed with what converts. You know: • How to build a hook that stops the scroll in 2 seconds • UGC-style editing that feels native, not produced • AI B-roll (Veo3, Sora, Kling) to fill gaps fast • How to cut 3–5 hook variations from one piece of footage Show me your best performing ecom ad below 👇 (No DMs)

This 8-figure luxury brand just launched a new collection. Instead of paying $20K for a photo shoot in Miami or LA, they shipped their products to Malaysia. We booked a private yacht. Cast 2 A-list models. Flew to an island with our production team. We legit saved them OVER 50%. The outcome? Judge for yourself. US studios are charging you for the zip code, not the quality!

Everyone is talking about AI UGC, the yapper method or ugly ads. Yet I literally see no one talking about the easiest way to get winnings ads… Your customers. Simply put, get your happy customers to make a video testimonial, unscripted and a min of 15 seconds. Call this the “yapper method” or w/e you want, but this guy looks like the target consumer. It’s so obvious but I literally haven’t seen a single brand do it. $85k spent on this one with a $15 CPA.

Our creative just generated $82,498 in 30 days on $21.7K spend (3.8x blended ROAS) in a “boring” health niche. One image ad: → $77.5K revenue → $13 CPA → 3.7+ ROAS Simple but intentional. Brands don’t need endless creatives. They need experts who can identify winners.

How much should a killer creative strategist make on a 500k/mo account?

Want to scale your brand to 8 figures? Setup CommentGuard. Wait a few weeks to accumulate ad comment data. Export to csv. Import to gemini and use the following prompt: "I run x brand and have exported ad comments for the past few weeks to a csv. Analyze the comments for the real trends emerging, broken into: Major objections Trust issues Product experience complaints Hidden gold (hook opportunities)" Congrats, you now have liquid gold.

Came across this hook from a successful brand. Been running since Oct 24. It is their top ad by impressions. The issue? It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. 1. The word "cured" is a legal landmine. It could fall into unsubstantiated claims territory. 2. 118,736 requires substantiation such as customer records. This one is less egregious. 3. Because you are targeting minors scrutiny is higher. And then there is class action lawsuit risk. If a fraction of customers claim they didn't get results, this screenshot would crush in court. Now, don't get me wrong, this hook is a banger and it undeniably converts (it's their top ad by impressions for years now). But all they would have to do is modify it -> "Over 100,000 teens have improved their acne with this, yet parents can't believe..." Or "118,736 teens have used this to clear their skin, yet..." FYI this ad serves as another counter to "facebook winners die quickly". A top winner can last years.

A Customer Testimonial Ad Spent 200k Last Year Just a Mom and her kid speaking to the camera for 60 sec. Not scripted UGC or a complicated VSL. Why did this work so well? ▪️It touches on a BURNING market desire. ▪️They talk about endless solutions they tried that DIDN’T WORK ▪️They provide a specific TIMELINE for success ▪️The kid is talking with conviction that can’t be faked ▪️The Mom and kid ooze charisma and positive emotion. ▪️It’s raw, visceral and not replicable even with the best AI models out there. This testimonial is authenticity maxxing. We all know what we need to do. Deep market research. Reading in depth reviews, comments, forums. Amazon, reddit, etc. But a testimonial like this does that for you. What better source than a happy customer! Now, unfortunately, not every brand can pull this off. ▪️You need to have a product that solves a burning desire. A problem solving product. ▪️You need enough sales volume to get them in the first place. ▪️80% of the testimonials you get won’t cut it. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone pull off testimonials like we do at scale. They are so lethal I really shouldn’t be sharing this. How do you get them? Well I will leave that part for you to figure out. I can’t give away all of our secrets for free.

Stop running "Fake Doctor" ads. 🛑 This ad is printing impressions, but it violates almost every FTC health product guideline in the book (16 CFR § 255.3). High performance does NOT justify high risk. Here is a breakdown of the 3 legal 'landmines' in this creative: 👇

What to do instead: ✅ Use actual practitioners (verified) ✅ Add "Actor Portrayal" overlays if using talent ✅ Ensure health claims are backed by a legal folder of studies

twitter (X) has gone to absolute shit BUT one thing it's still goated for is hiring. I post on upwork and twitter looking for a video editor: upwork: 5-10 candidates and maybe one of them is good. Most of them are working with 3 companies at once. Also I have to deal with their stupid platform. twitter: 60- 100 candidates within hours, some of them exceptional the twitter algo loves hiring posts and will spread it like wildfire. twitter goated for hiring
