So @qatarairways managed to get us to Perth for my father in law’s funeral .. but not my bag with suit in etc. travelling is just too difficult.

Dear @British_Airways I booked flights yesterday for my wife and our family to return to Australia for her dads funeral. This involves many stops including BA to Munich.. which within 24 hours you have cancelled. Despicable.
