Much gratitude to @mdartscouncil for granting me an Emergency Grant to cover seasonal loss of income as a freelancer. This provides a little bit of late summer security while being able to concentrate on music composition and community collaborations. 🙏
Had a great trip out to West Virginia with Shodekeh to record for Elaine McMillion Sheldon’s film “King Coal”. Also had a chance to do some of our own recording of site-specific improvisation at this magical spot in Monongahela National Forest.

So proud of the work that Shodekeh, myself, and Erica Hansen did to create “Vymatics”, the first Voyages immersive event at the @NatlAquarium , exploring acoustic biodiversity, breath art, soundscape mixing, and cymatic visualization.
