When I signed up, I noticed a person (not my proxy) that was with other players signing up to be their proxy. That person is in the field of both contests, either as an individual or part of a team.
In my opinion only, I believe that is a conflict of interest, particularly as the number of remaining entries shrink. They have the information first.
Having spent a portion of my career in Big 4 accounting, it would be akin to holding stock in audit clients, ie the ability to trade on non public information, which is EXPLICITLY prohibited.
My advice, players need to thoroughly vet their proxies!

I assume Circa does not allow the proxies to be participants in Survivor or Grandisimmo? If proxy owners/employees can play, that's a major conflict of interest as they could "forget" to enter picks, increasing the value of their own or those they have pieces of.
