imagining mycroft as a child was big into musical theatre but was forcefully turned away from it by his parents only for his parents to force him to watch musicals with them while also lamenting abt how he dropped theatre and that "you could've been like those actors onstage"

bbc sherlock has such an interesting fanbase you'd see fans rightfully pointing out how the show needs to improve its representation of men's mental health only to turn around and make fun of mycroft's weight and ED, and essentially blaming him for being neglected as a child
