How close am I to losing it because its November 15th and we're still combining corn, you ask? #harvest17
How many times splitting a tractor is too many before you cut ties and move on? Because if you ask my dad that number is greater than 3.
That’s a wild statistic

I worked for Hagie my first job out of college. I know how much that factory means to Clarion. This makes me really sad.
John Deere factories in Ottumwa and Clarion are set to be phased out over next two fiscal years as the company looks to “optimize” manufacturing and “improve operational efficiency” according to a Wednesday announcement from the company. agriculture.com/partners-joh…
My wife’s expedition needed a new key fob along with a couple recalls. Called Kruse motors. They said one of the recalls came with a loaner and made it sound like they’d let us use it the whole duration of any repairs they were doing. I was impressed.

If I wanted to turn this Vikings offense around, here’s what I would do:
Move #1: Trade Kyler Murray to the Ravens for a 2027 4th round pick. The experiment is over, Kyler is not a fit in the KOC system. Ravens need a QB after Lamar’s injury.
Move #2: Trade 2027 4th round pick (from Kyler trade) plus 2027 5th round pick for Kirk Cousins. Kirk is playing at a very high level and would be an immediate fit for KOC.
Move #3: Trade 2027 2nd, 2027 3rd, 2027 6th for Jonathan Taylor. Some might say it’s an overpay, some might be happy to keep your 1st. Either way, it’s a bell cow RB to control time of possession and keep the chains moving.
Your draft capital would look like this in 2027:
1st
3rd
5th
6th
To where an offseason trade of Jordan Addison could net you back the missing 2nd and 4th round picks.
We’ve had 2 @DragotecUSA corn heads and I’m really disappointed and frustrated with their reliability. Down time costs me on average 3 days every harvest. Anyone else see anything similar? Really considering going back to a non chopping head
60 acres to polish off tomorrow before the monsoon on Monday. Last pass of the night tonight row unit number one on the head decides to leave the chat. Must’ve known I wanted to work on Sunday.
We were doing such a good job keeping it a secret. Thanks farm journal. Cat’s out of the bag.
#noharvest26 is getting old. I’m running out of cabs to detail and engine oil to change
We got word this morning our long time neighbor passed last night unexpectedly and I’m about as bummed about it as a person can be. Good neighbors are hard to come by
I’ve had a pair of isotunes earbuds/earplugs for a couple years. Loved them but they finally died over the weekend. Is there anything out there better or do I just order the same pair again?
