Sweet cider is a bit difficult to get down here so I wanted to see how far I could take this recipe with what I had on hand.
For the garnish, I soaked apple slices in overproof rum and pumpkin spice. Beware, it will ignite easily. Variant recipe below.

Lumi celebrated half a decade of streaming, debuted a new outfit, and dropped an album. So we blasted her music through the bar's sound system, and drank all of our limoncello.
5 cocktails for 5 years, recipes below.

Digital Navigator:
2 shots Gin
1 shot Limoncello
1 shot grapefruit juice
1 dash of Angostura bitters
My Summer Sidecar:
2 shot Phase Coffee infused Cognac (Saya)
2 shot Phase Coffee infused Grand Marnier (Nasa)
1 shot Limoncello
1 shot lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Luminid Pie'tini:
3 shots Limoncello
1 shot lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash maple syrup
2 shots heavy cream
1 shot Licor 43
Dry shake (no ice) the last 2 ingredients separately, and float on top by pouring over the back of your bar spoon.
Gloomi Spritz:
2 shots Sparkling Wine
1 shot Limoncello
Top with Saruei's Gunpowder Rush (carbonated)
Pour all 3 ingredients into your glass, and briefly stir.

First convention in over two decades, and first time back home in eight years.
Went in with zero expectations and was blown away by all the events. Meeting community members, meeting Dizzy and Ember, and enjoying a few cups of Shiina (and a bonus cup of Tenma) with Runie.
A certain lemon woman was cool too, even if I was too shy to announce myself before her court.
Apologies to the guys in front of me at the last concert. I do not regret what I yelled after Dizzy and Airi's duet, but I should have warned y'all how loud I can be. #phasecon2026
