Futures basis was gone for so long I hadn't looked at them in quite a while, but it seems premiums have returned.
The APR column here shows the annualised premiums of the Deribit BTC futures. 5-6% for 6-12 months.
For comparison, US treasury yields (Bloomberg). Similar %.
