This woman filmed herself abusing a dog locked inside a cage — shocking the dog with a shock collar reportedly set to 99, the highest setting, while also striking/prodding the animal with a broomstick. Well, there’s an update: she’s now been ARRESTED. Waterbury, Connecticut police charged 22-year-old Marilyn Valdes with felony malicious and intentional cruelty to animals after the disturbing footage surfaced online and was reported to authorities. Here is the original video that started it all. I seriously cannot understand how anyone could treat an animal like this.
