Ended September with around 75k in sales, my highest non Q4 month!
I think this Q4 is going to massive, especially for those of us who hung around after all of the craziness, we don’t know how to give up do we? Haha
Let’s have a great Q4!
First card show was a success! Ended up around $1600 in sales, & I even had to leave early but here’s a few takeaways from the event.
Pokemon dominated the event, I may have been the only vendor with very little Pokemon offerings which I think helped me stand out.
I probably sold half of my merch to other vendors, the other half to customers as the vendors are collectors too, just a funny thing I noticed.
I didn’t need a payment scanner, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App etc worked fine.
First conference is in the books, had a great time in San Diego at the Walmart Conference & had a mini vacay with the fam 🤙
2014 I wanted out of corporate so bad, I packed up and moved with my wife to Hawaii to start over.
My thinking then was if I had to work a terrible job, might as well work it in paradise.
Every now & then I get an email from Zillow about some of properties I looked at.
First in person TCG / Toy show coming up & I’m super excited to try something new!
I’ll be running it with my wife & kids & I’m more excited to show them another way to make money & connect with people 🤙.
July wasn’t slow at all & it gets me even more excited for Q4 but here’s how we ended up in July.
Let’s have a great August 🤙
Seems like NARF ungating has gotten easier lately.
I’m like 10/10 on ungating it’s a refreshing thing to see 🤙.
Exciting times as a toy seller, lots of drops coming out these coming days that are worth paying attention too.
SDCC is definitely something to keep an eye on as well as a lot of toy resets the major retailers are doing this time of year as well.
