@JeremyWHarrell is an Army combat veteran who served in Iraq and founded Veteran's Club Inc. in Louisville, a nonprofit helping veterans heal. Jeremy says he never took a salary.
In 2024, a federal jury convicted him of theft of government funds over VA unemployability benefits, saying his unpaid nonprofit work showed he could work. Jeremy says he is innocent, that he went to trial because he wouldn't plead to something he didn't do, and that his volunteer service to veterans was used against him. He served his sentence and is now seeking clemency. Even Forbes called it "the kind of case pardons were made for."
His wife Erin says the case has cost their family hundreds of thousands of dollars, including about $315K in court-ordered judgments, plus legal costs and lost income.

The world is bigger than the Buy Box.
I've been saying for years that Amazon sellers should be looking at opportunities beyond Amazon. There's a whole world of e-commerce out there, and some of the biggest opportunities might be in markets you've never considered.
That's why I'm excited that ASGTG is bringing the Falabella team to Brooklyn on November 6 for a free breakfast with sellers.
If you're not familiar with @Falabella, they're one of the largest retail and e-commerce players in Latin America, with a significant presence in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
For established Amazon and Walmart sellers, this could be an interesting opportunity to reach millions of new customers without starting from scratch.
You'll get to meet the Falabella team in person, ask questions, learn how their marketplace works, and see whether expanding into Latin America makes sense for your business.
Plus, it's always nice to get together with other sellers over a good breakfast.
