EDB places debut Dim Sum bond issue in Hong Kong
The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) has launched its debut inaugural Dim Sum bond issue in the offshore RMB bond market of #HongKong, marking a milestone transaction in the Bank's expansion into Asian capital markets.
The oversubscription was more than 2.5 times and final fixed coupon rate of 3.9%.
The bond issue is rated Ag by the Hong Kong-based China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (#ССХАР).
EDB has placed 3-year senior unsecured CNH630 million bond issue listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its new USD3.5 billion MTN Programme.
