Tucker Carlson guest brings a device that has the potential to shut down every single cell phone within 70 meters, turn off GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, basically jamming all signals that are important.
"The usage of it is illegal. If I press that button we're both committing a federal crime."

That is insane and scary at the same time.
His guest is ethical hacker Ryan Montgomery, and his point was basically to show just how dependent everything around us has become on wireless communication.
