A really important investigation into a car dealer selling second hand vehicles that almost immediately broke down - then refused refunds or replacements. People were left thousands of pounds out of pocket and with no answers or protection.
Full episode tomorrow from 10am.
Do people need more protection when buying used cars?
@HollyHNews speaks to customers of one dealer whose cars fell far short of expectations. No refunds, no exceptions, he told them.
They turned to Consumer Fight Back for help.

This is exactly what we were discussing on this episode of Consumer Fight Back.
If your bag fits inside their crate, they cannot charge you. “Fitting comfortably” or “no pressure allowed” is nonsense. Listen to the episode to hear what EasyJet told me.

Replying to @easyJet @jahockney
@HollyHNews @SimonCalder
They made him pay £48 and delete his video (they thought).
