I got hacked on Instagram. It was pretty smart and sophisticated. I'm security conscious and hyper scam aware. It still happened. This is what they did and how you can avoid it:

@British_Airways you have cancelled my flight. I cant request a refund online so I call the number on your website and an automated voice tells me you cannot speak to me right now and then hangs up. This is unacceptable. The law states you have 14 days to refund once cancelled

Just presented at an "insurance innovators" conference. Told them insurance is simply financial coordination and Ethereum smart contracts will replace insurance companies. Lots of blank stares. Need to work on my pitch.
