Some very cool news
Animal migration 🦬 news: I'm stepping down next month as editor of @OutsideMagazine, a place I'll miss a ton. A week after that, I'll start a new job as editor of @SearchlightNM, an amazing Santa Fe-based nonprofit that does powerful investigative reporting all over the state.🍾
There's been a lot of attention paid this week to the @NewMexicoDOJ investigation into Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces. I just got back from there, and found that MMC is just one barrier to care for undocumented residents: searchlightnm.org/life-death…

Want to read something crazy?
The glaring errors in these reports, each of which span hundreds of pages, raise troubling questions about the person responsible for compiling them. More to the point, perhaps, is this question: Has anyone even read them?

Can’t wait to listen to this
