I like music more than songs, and don't like reading books. But, words put together are amazing. I do some web/dev, and I'm a big #Leafs fan: #LeafsForever

Jim Hiller on giving longtime centre John Tavares a look on left side of 2nd line:
"We think it might be easier for him to keep generating more offence from the wing & have Pauly do a little bit more of the work down low"

Interesting correction picked up at @DefenceIQ International Fighter Conference in Munich today, when I asked about Canada having only ordered 16 of its planned 88 F-35As so far (as widely reported) - was told it's actually only 12: 4 each in production Lots 18, 19 & 20.

The Winnipeg Jets complete the latest 4-goal comeback win in NHL history
They trailed 4-0 with 2:39 left in the 3rd period
3-2 Loss. Maybe not a bad game - more a classic case of 1st game at home after a roadtrip (yes, that's a thing). Bob was good tonight, w some key stops. Good push in the final minutes, but… too late.

Statement from Hockey Canada:
"Hockey Canada thanks the Government of Canada for today’s strong position that Canada intends to prevent Russian and Belarusian officials and athletes from participating under their national symbols in international sporting events taking place on Canadian soil.
We will be meeting with our Board of Directors this week to discuss next steps given the government’s clear position."

Canadian government says it won't permit athletes from Russia or Belarus to enter the country to compete under national symbols:
"This measure is not directed at the Russian and Belarusian people. Rather, it is intended to prevent the governments of Russia and Belarus from using international sporting events hosted in Canada as platforms for state representation, political legitimacy and propaganda."
