I love this😂😂. This is how when I was getting married I was keeping an Excel budget template which I would send him weekly and discuss items that we were going over budget....😂😂😂😂 It's later I found out we were way over
This woman should be given the best wife of the year! WTF?????? This man needs immediate help. She even wore high heels, dressed for presentation. I wondered how many hours she put into preparing this? If your wife can be this detailed, you get no problem. Just have money!!!!

There was a time that they were charging $110,000pa in ikoyi sha.
We have all collectively lost the plot in Lagos! N55m per annum as rent for a 2-bedroom apartment, even in Ikoyi, is ridiculous. Are we all okay?

Awon “I don’t read books by Nigerian authors” See 👇🏾 They can’t even relate to you as a human. Yet as a Nigerian, you do a video saying “Nigerian authors need to do better” “I can’t relate to Nigerian romance” Blah blah Guess what? They can’t relate to you either. Self hate 🥴

Zero Equilibrium® Macro and Markets: USD, Gold and US Treasuries Pause Ahead of Fed Decision Summary: • The Fed delivered the pause ZE anticipated, but tightening risks persist. The Fed held rates at 3.75%–4.00% in a split 10–2 decision, with Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack favouring a 25-basis-point hike. Elevated inflation keeps further tightening in December on the table. • The initial market response indicates limited cross-asset repricing. The DXY stood at 102.145 pre-decision, gold at $4,051.75 and the US 10-year Treasury yield above 5%. Post-decision, the dollar softened, while sovereign bond yields moved unevenly, suggesting no decisive shift in financial conditions. • Fixed income, equities and commodities face conditional outlooks. Lower yields could support Treasury prices, growth stocks and gold, but persistent inflation and elevated long-term yields could constrain gains. Industrial commodities remain sensitive to both supply pressures and demand conditions. • Bitcoin and Ethereum remain technically vulnerable. Both traded below their 50-day moving averages, with bearish daily MACD readings, despite remaining above their 200-day averages. Near-term support levels remain critical to assessing recovery prospects. • ZE favours another pause at the December 8–9 FOMC meeting, conditional on incoming data. Treasury yields, the DXY, equity breadth, gold and crypto momentum will help determine whether financial conditions ease. The pause buys time, but the tightening cycle may not be over. 1000%. Do it BEFORE you get married even, amend it at marriage. Also, get life insurance
Men! once you get married, please write your will. Death doesn’t have a timetable. Don’t allow your wife and kids suffer Biko. No detail is too small to leave out. Enough is enough. I can’t believe we’re still having this conversation in 2026.

Even if you cannot set up a family office you can use this for yourself
6 lessons for Family Offices IMD Business School interviewed 186 Family Office principals They identified 6 recurring lessons: 1. Clear purpose and governance is key. People must define the “why” behind the family office early on, as it shapes all future decisions 2. Communication, transparency, and alignment is vital to avoid misunderstandings and maintain cohesion. Applies both within the family but also between the family and professional management 3. Professionalization (including hiring external advisors, creating formal structures, and separating ownership from management) is fundamental to long-term success 4. Flexibility and patience are essential; the process of building a family office takes time and evolves as family needs and generations change 5. Family office should invest in the next generation through early involvement, education, and creating space for them to contribute. Failures often stem from lack of clarity, rushed structures, and insufficient preparation for market shocks or family dynamics 6. The most resilient family offices combine long-term vision with adaptability, prioritizing not only wealth preservation but also family unity and purpose source: the Global family office Report, 2025. What happens when the model is wrong and the advisory is also wrong. User makes a decision with it and loses. There can be a lot of market manipulation with this too. Do I get the right to sue?
