In a new essay, @egwaldman & @ProfBCrawford respond to commentary on their 2022 book, Menstruation Matters. Incorporating these new perspectives, they make the case that post-Dobbs, focusing on the intersection of law & menstruation matters more than ever. bit.ly/3zR6rNo

I’m thrilled that my new article, “Just Extracurriculars?” will be published in ⁦⁦@MinnesotaLawRev⁩! I argue that minimizing extracurricular activities as “just” extracurriculars leads to unjust results, esp for students’ constitutional rights. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.…

So as a lot of people are pointing out--some 12-15 year olds may be more than 6 months out from a second shot but are yet to be approved for a booster meaning they can't take advantage of these lighter isolation rules--which could have implication for missing school days.
MAJOR changes from CDC: People who get COVID only have to stay home for 5 days. BUT Vaccinated, but unboosted people are now treated as "unvaccinated" when it comes to close contact quarantines! This would wreak havoc on school attendance for unboosted kids and teachers!

Hearing few school districts contemplating going virtual in January Please don't We can keep kids & teachers safe in schools And if leaders close schools but leave bars open? Means they care neither about kids nor COVID Schools should be the last to close, first to open
