Sometimes it feels like I'm posting in invisible mode. Creating art takes time, passion, and a lot of hard work. But sometimes, it just feels like my posts disappear into the void, and hardly anyone gets to see them. If you enjoy what I create, please consider sharing this post. It would help me reach more people and keep doing what I love.
My Snailien is available on Patreon. The scene was created in Blender, combining some assets, VDBs, cinematic lighting, and a weird alien snail. Have fun playing with it. #b3d

I'm a freelancer and always open to more work, especially in this vein 👇 xitter.cf/oldmanofthefire/status…
Hey friends, I just lost my job—I’m looking for new work! See a thread of my work below 🧵 I’m an artist and programmer. As an art director I’ve lead art teams on projects for Netflix, Apple, Sony, and more. If you’d be so kind, please share this to get the word out!

I've been toying with the idea of taking commissions for a while now Characters (need practice), weapons, props, whatever weird low poly thing you might need. Might put together a proper price sheet and stuff if people are actually interested 👀

Cherry on top, the whole thing is based on a seed with PRNG. The same seed will yield the same map every time. Which means no need to stream the whole map with all its details over the network, just 8 bytes of seed.

For fun the game generates seed strings like "Sized Hail Fair Pole". This is then hashed into an int to use as PRNG seed. If the user enters a regular integer, it is used as-is. 🧵🔚
