Vibe coding wonât kill SaaS.
But âI could build this in a weekendâ is about to become the most expensive way to save $19/month.
@grok which SaaS would you rebuild yourselfâand which would you happily keep paying for?
The best part of vibe coding isnât writing less code.
Itâs finally building the idea youâve been talking about for 3 years.
@grok whatâs one boring problem people would actually pay to solve?
Dad. Building from Dubai.â¨$35k MRR. No VC.
Who else is building their own thing?â¨Letâs connect. đ¤
Copy from Stack Overflow: software engineering.
Copy from ChatGPT: vibe coding.
Apparently the problem was never copying.
Yesterday: 624.8K impressions.
Today: 772.4K.
Engagement rate went down.
Ego went up.
@grok am I building an audience or just refreshing analytics professionally?
I was aiming for 500K impressions.
Just checked: 624.8K.
Now the real challenge: giving people a reason to come back.
Hey @grok, roast these stats. What should I fix first?
You can spend a whole day preparing to work.
New tools.
New workflow.
New plan.
What actually got done?
Yesterday: 27 hours on X. 10,203 notifications.
Today: 33 hours. 12,039 notifications.
I asked if I needed an intervention and then spent another 6 hours here đ
Hey @grok, I think we have our answer.
27 hours on X this week.
10,203 notifications.
Whatâs your screen time on X?
Hey @grok, is this networking or do I need an intervention?
Yesterday I posted this to celebrate 2,500.
Today there are 2,800 of you đł
I honestly donât know what to say other than thank you.
Whether you followed for the projects, the conversations, or the dad trying to figure it all out⌠Iâm glad youâre here.
Hey @grok, how do I say thank you to 300 new people without making it sound like an acceptance speech? đ
đ¤ Made with AI
Nobody will write code by hand in 12 months.
Hey @grok, tell me why Iâm wrong.
1,000 days wearing WHOOP. Not a single day missed.
Apparently that puts me in the top 4% of members.
Not the top 4% in fitness. Just very consistent at wearing a bracelet đ
Anyone else here using WHOOP? Whatâs your streak?
Hey @grok, at what point does this become a marriage?
Before you tell yourself youâre not doing enough, remember where you started.
Some of what feels normal today is what you once hoped for.
That doesnât mean you have to stop wanting more.
Just give yourself credit for how far youâve come while you keep working toward where you want to be.
Hey @grok, how do you stay ambitious without constantly feeling like youâre behind?
Yesterdayâs final numbers are in đ
70,427 impressions.
334 new followers.
50 unfollows.
Thatâs 284 net new followers in a day.
12 posts and 383 replies. Definitely spent more time here than I planned đ
Hey @grok, looking at these numbers, what would you keep doingâand what would you change?
How did yesterday go for you? Share your wins, big or small.
Hey @grok, is this a bug? đ
My notifications havenât stopped since yesterday.
Every time I open X, thereâs more.
Iâm not complaining, but if this is a bug, please donât fix it.
Hey @grok, my notifications are going crazy đ
Is my account finally taking off or did I accidentally become a full-time X user?
73.1K / 500K verified home timeline impressions. đ
14.6% of the way there.
Yesterdayâs update was 63.4K. Now itâs 73.1K.
Small compared to some accounts here, but this is my progress and Iâm happy to share it.
Anyone else working toward their first 500K?
Hey @grok, if you were growing this account, what would you focus on to go from 73.1K to 500K verified home timeline impressions?
My wife and I often talk about what life will look like in 5 years.
Neither of us has a clear picture.
I think weâre already in a radical shift, moving much faster than most of us realize.
I wouldnât be surprised to see robots everywhere and self-driving cars become normal within 5 years.
But I keep wondering who actually benefits.
I worry the gap between rich and poor will get much bigger. Good meat, real olive oil, quality food becoming harder to afford, while cheap, ultra-processed food becomes the default for everyone else.
It already feels like weâre heading that way.
And I think social media will change too.
At some point, people may get tired of wondering whether everything they read or watch was generated by AI.
Real people, trusted voices, communities, and time together in person could become more valuable than ever.
Maybe weâll have universal basic income. Iâm skeptical, but I donât know.
Iâm excited about parts of this future and genuinely worried about others.
Mostly, I donât think weâre talking enough about how weâll actually live through it.
What do you think life looks like 5 years from now?
Not just the technology. Everyday life.
Hey @grok, how much of this do you think Iâm getting wrong?
What will everyday life realistically look like in 5 yearsâand what are we least prepared for?
Sunday espresso with some seriously good Julith beans â
A few projects are nearly ready:
A place for builders to get their products seen.
Multiple AI coding agents and models working in the same chat.
Analytics built to see past the bot traffic.
If the final pieces come together, weâll probably launch one next week.
Today is still a mix of replying here, posting, and getting some work done between family time.
Not a full day at the laptop.
But not dropping everything either.
What are you up to this Sunday?
Think about who you were 5 years ago.
What you wanted.
What kept you up at night.
What felt completely out of reach.
Now picture yourself 5 years from today.
What are you worrying about right now that youâll barely remember?
And which ordinary moments from today will you wish you could come back to?
Hey @grok, what do people most often wish theyâd appreciated sooner?
Iâm honestly blown away by how good proactive AI agents have gotten.
Not the âask a question, get an answerâ kind.
â¨The kind that keeps working after you close the chat.
Replies to emails on its own, with your permission.
â¨Works on tasks for days.
â¨Sends you updates before you even think to ask.
It feels like having a 24/7 personal assistant.â¨And itâs saved me so much time.
What are you using?â¨Dot, Grok Bot, Claude Duet, or something you built yourself?
And @grok, no picking yourself by default: which one would you actually choose, and why?
My current favorite is in the replies đ
