I am starting the #100DaysOfSales challenge tomorrow.
I don't know if anyone did the #100DaysOfX for sales already... The #100DaysOfCode challenge worked great for me, so I thought it would be an interesting experiment to do the same for sales. It is especially intriguing to me, coz one of our products is an enterprise SaaS.
My goal is to create a sales-machine for @emailhero_io, and I want to be accountable.
I will tweet about the progress in the next 100 days (yes, including weekends as well). It will not only include direct-sales-related stuff, but everything that's needed to be done in order to sell, which might include background work, such as:
- making changes on the website
- creating videos or case-studies
- creating lists of prospects
- digging up contacts
- going to conferences
- and yes, about emails, phone-calls, etc.
BUT! I will not share sensitive info, everything will be anonymized.
Most of you might not know what Email Hero is, but if you wanna follow my progress, it might be a good idea to get in context.
It is an enterprise newsletter templating platform, focusing on digital news agencies with multiple (even tens or hundreds) brands and even more (up to thousands of) different newsletters.
It already has customers, and works like a charm!
So it is time to build that sales-machine, and scale.
