Won’t be taking any more clients until after Black Friday.
After this, I intend on disrupting this small space in email design.
If all goes well, there won’t be any other way to design emails.
This will be the standard.

@elonmusk's decision to rebrand Twitter to X was hard.
But there’s a bigger decision Elon needs to make:
Team Oppenheimer or Team Barbie.
Thankfully, he uses this 6-Step process when making
tough decisions.
Learn this and you’ll never struggle with decisions again.
Step 1:
Frame the Decision as a Question.
The question should:
• Identify a problem to solve
• Be clear and concise
• Be specific to the situation at hand
Elon now has direction:
"Should I watch Oppenheimer or Barbie?"
Step 2: Gather Evidence
Collect information to understand the problem.
In this case, Elon would use:
• Movie data
• Directors
• Actors
• Etc.
Here’s what that might look like:
Oppenheimer:
• Genre: Biography, drama, and history
• Duration: 3 hours
• IMDB rating: 8.7/10 based on 194K ratings.
Story of American scientist, J. Robert Oppenheimer, and his role in the development of the atomic bomb. It is directed by Christopher Nolan and features actors like Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, and Matt Damon.
Barbie:
• Genre: Adventure and comedy
• Duration: 1 hour and 54 minutes.
• IMDB rating: 7.5/10 based on 121K ratings.
Barbie suffers a crisis that leads her to question her world and existence. It is directed by Greta Gerwig and features actors like Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and Issa Rae.
Step 3: Develop Axioms
Create axioms from the data gathered.
Axioms are statements that seem to be true.
Elon’s axioms could be:
• Oppenheimer has a higher rating than The Barbie Movie
• Oppenheimer is a historical drama while The Barbie Movie is a comedy and fantasy
• The Barbie Movie is shorter than Oppenheimer
Assign each axiom a probability of truth.
For example:
Axiom: The Barbie Movie is shorter than Oppenheimer
Evidence: The Barbie Movie has a runtime of 1 hour and 54 minutes, Oppenheimer has a runtime of 3 hours.
Probability: 100% - it's objective.
But axioms can be subjective too:
"I will enjoy Oppenheimer more than The Barbie Movie”
Assigning a probability here is based on personal preference.
This might be 70% if you enjoy historical dramas.
Step 4: Draw a Conclusion
• Analyse each axiom and its probability
• Draw a conclusion
• Ensure the conclusion solves the problem
Subjective axioms can carry more weight than objective ones.
If evidence strongly supports one option over another there’s your decision.
If it’s pretty even, consider both objective and subjective factors.
So if Elon likes:
• Historical dramas and highly rated films - Oppenheimer
• Light comedic movies - The Barbie Movie
Your conclusion should answer the question in Step 1.
Step 5: Test the Conclusion
Consider additional factors that may have been missed:
• What am I in the mood for?
• Who’s joining me?
• Which film can I turn into a drinking game?'
Get feedback from others and consider different perspectives.
If evidence or feedback suggests your conclusion is flawed - revise it.
Step 6: Confirm the Conclusion
If your conclusion can't be disputed it's likely the correct decision.
Difficult decisions rarely come with absolute certainty.
But it's about making the best decision you can with the evidence you have.
