No parece que esto cundiera en la población. Google ngrams solo registra “ensaladilla nacional” (que puede referirse a cualquier otra). Ni “filete alemán”, ni “Bismarck” aparecen. Lo mismo con “Montaña suiza”. Cual es la fuente?
